Don’t buy them if you are after sound blocking headbands

They don’t block the outside sound unless you play really loud music

Yeah, brown or grey noise are much more comfortable to me.
White noise is a bit sharp and harsh

Hey guys I bought these a year ago and used them for 3 months. My sleep schedule completely changed and I felt so energized in the morning. But after a while my head kept feeling funny after I used them and the feeling just kept getting worse. I've used many different headphones for sleeping, including headbands, and I prefer the headband type except after a short while they start to smell funky and are a pia to take apart to wash (imho)
