You can take the stop apart so you don’t have to install before track install. Duh you also should have turned one door opposite so the angle pieces of wood will point toward each other or away from

Thank you for sharing this. I have the same brand and size (54") door kit. Not enough instructions were included and all the hardware isn't listed in the kit, but appear to be on Amazon. Still, I appreciated your video giving me an idea what should be there and what it's for. I also have noted a couple damaged wood pieces so far that I may need replacements for. I hope to get some help from my husband too!

I had a hard time with some of the slats being very curved I guess because the pine wood is/was cut from near the tree centers. S&Z Tophand so far has been very responsive, because the curves cause my top rail to crack, I saved the worst curves to the end in case they wouldn't work, that's where the cracking happened at the end of the rail. They are sending replacements. Too late I found the foam strip on the beginning Stile A impeded my first slat, which I noticed at first but thought the weight of the later slats would push the first one in more fully, but that wouldn't happen. Also, the rails tend to gap as you add slats and even with constant correction continue to gap. I'm hoping putting the final Stile on will pull things together, though I wondered if initially screwing in the rails to the stiles might have helped, but the directions show screwing them together only when everything else in in place.
