her and Wolverine are two sides of the same coin. Scarlet has percentage (ish) based sustained damage while Wolverine's percentage based damage is dealt in a burst. Burst damage can't be healed nearly as easily as sustain if it can be healed at all, which is why she feels particularly weak as compared to everyone else in the game. With supports having insane heal potential, scarlet's damage feels absolutely negligible even though it is technically respectable damage

Don't play her as a Frontline dps, play her as a stealthy dps

I also believe she is a good dps when paired up with teammates, when she is taking someone’s health while another player is also taking that same person’s health she can get kills extremely fast, when I play with her I feel like I need to stick more with the rest of the team since she doesn’t have a lot of abilities that allow her to escape tricky situations🤷‍♀️

She’s good for focusing tanks (after all, 25 + 5% of max hp is pretty big), but I wouldn’t consider her a tank buster

She still thrives against other DPS, imo

Well as a Scarlet witch fan thank you for this advice I really love playing her but her E skill or attack's can be better If they gave her idk maybe shield or kind of continues healing

Her shift skill is really good for escaping Melee dps character's

E is good CC skill

But her ultimate is have's good dmg but channel time is like 5 second's (I'm not sure) she need magneto or kind of support for using it valuable like Dr strange portals or jeff

It is not 5% of hp per second. Its 0.5%. Wolverine does 5% of max hp at full rage. At minimum rage, wolverine does 1.5% of hp.

If it’s a mid range character, they typically need to be tank busters. Scarlett and storm to name a couple

I don't think her job is to be a tank buster, i think she just has the tools to help fight against tanks.

She's not like wolverine who at max rage does 15+6% per swing, and there is a large gap between the amount of damage he does to a tank vs a squishy.

She still does more damage to tanks, but the gap between how much damage she does to a tank vs a squishy is a lot smaller.

Take groot (700hp version) vs a 250 hp character, depending on groots health in ~4 seconds the difference in damage is about 100hp. Wolverines difference is closer to like 250hp (assuming 9 swings, max rage).

But i suppose wolverine isn't always at max rage, though he gets there pretty quickly. This also doesn't account for scarlet witches passive damage buff, because I'm just using the base stats, maybe the difference is bigger.

Scarlet witch is considered C tier and no one uses her, yet I can get 50+ kills in a diamond ranked with her and people will tell me it’s not skill, SHES C TIER AGAINST UR BROKEN HELA DONT WANT TO HEAR IT

Bro the weaker side of it is not weak at all I consistently get cooked by her as a dp player. It’s gottta be nerfed cause it take no aim
