Recent research has some great takeaways for what the best workout looks like for boosting mood:

📈 Moderate-high intensity
🗓 4–5 days a week
What was especially interesting to me was that going over 60 minutes per workout or more than 5 days a week seemed to have a negative effect. ⛔️
