I'm 65, I've worked out since I was a teenager. I do a lot of things alone because I liked certain things like hunting and fishing growing up and I never stopped. My hobbies became part of my life and still are. There were times I'd hit the gym at 5am to get a workout in. Discipline is the key to staying true to yourself and happiness. I'm always learning and reinventing myself as I age. I'm confident that I can do anything I decide to persue with or without someone. Experiment in life. Never be afraid to change because it is scarey just realize it starts with you one step at a time. I've lived a great life and anyone can. Do what makes you happy and move in that direction. Take chances. As long as you believe in yourself you'll win.

Before I watched this video I was thinking about one of the best years of my life which was almost 10 years ago. I reached a bunch of goals that year but when I think about the goals they weren’t what I miss, it was the self discipline that I developed that year to reach those goals. The self discipline is what made that the best year ever! Then after reaching those goals, I let down and “ rewarded” myself and it never stopped. Almost 10 years later I’m 10 years older, fat, tired and needing to start all over again. Self discipline is the key to a great life! Thanks for the video! Discipline. I got in the best shape of my life this year at 37/38 years old. Lost 30 lbs, got abs, ran a marathon. Got out of the military, got an insane job, made more money than I ever thought I would. Bought a house, bought 2 new vehicles, wife and kids have more than we’ve ever had, this has been the best year of my life, and I’m so thankful to God for all of it. Discipline is the only factor or responsibility I had in any of it. I’m doubling down today and can’t wait to see what areas of my life I’m able to fine tune for the future.
