Dear professor, so just for clarity so in order to use the gdf_1= leafmap.df_to_gdf() I need to open the db and then transform to text the geometry and then I can use the function right?

why doesn't the leafmap 'add_vector' function use deckgl/lonboard under the hood instead of ipyleaflet? deckgl/lonboard are so much faster.
