Delphi Murders: Richard Allen Wants Supreme Court to Reinstate Lawyers

Accused double murderer Richard Allen wants the Indiana Supreme Court to reinstate his original attorneys and remove Judge Frances Gull from the Delphi Murders case over accusations of “gross negligence."

Give the case to a new judge, reinstate the original attorneys, and have the trial. If a defendant is actually guilty, and the prosecution has the goods on him, a change in judge or lawyers should not be an issue for the State.

Murder sheet should be investigated. Their computer & phones need to be analysed to find out who have been sending them everything. Allen defence should get to question them in court. I think they know way more than they're letting on.

The trial will show us if he's guilty or not, but right now...the judge is a BIG issue. She needs to be taken off of this case asap. Give the man his attorneys, get a new judge, take him out of prision and lets get this show on the road!

The judge is incompetent or maybe even worse...corrupt but either way, she needs to be kicked out and investigated. Not only thing case but other cases shes worked on. Imagine if she's been like this and ruined innocent lives

I don’t understand the issue, the attorneys wants to represent him and he wants them back, from what we have seen and heard, the judge has made controversial decisions that can be seen as biased. Innocent until proven guilty, change the judge, the state and give his lawyers back. The evidence should speak for itself .

I'm happy to see that Murder Sheet is no longer advertising themselves as legal experts. This is more their lane. But they are so lacking in ethics, I really wish they would not get a platform at all. Thank you Bob Motta for your careful analysis. We need more attorneys on these panels, like Motta, who are in fact expert in these issues.

They need to put his attorneys back on the case, assign the case to a different judge, start the trial and let the chips fall where they may.

This judge is handing a mistrial or an overturned conviction on appeal to the defense.
