Alex got the exclusive at the Autism Walk in LA. He interviews the cast of NBC's hit show Parenthood, starring Peter Krause, Lauren Graham, Dax Shepard, and Monica Potter.

Max Braverman is an autistic character in the show. The creator, Jason Katims, has a son with Asperger's / Autism. Alex talks with the cast about Autism, acting, and NBC's hit show Parenthood!

Great video again Alex. I love how starstruck Sarah Ramos was when you told her that you knew Augusten Burroughs and had lived with John Robison. I'm in the UK so I've not seen Parenthood, although I'll be searching YouTube for clips of the show now.

I wish I could have a part in this show as an extra. I myself have autism and I really think I could add to the material - not as an actor but as someone the cast and crew could talk to.

I know what you mean. Even to this day, not enough people under stand AS and people think I'm strange because they don't know that my characteristics are the result of autism. The same could be said for so many others dealing with it.

I really wish my parents had known about AS when I was a kid. I would probably have had a lot more help growing up and would be better off than I am now.

Max is way too old to portray...Max, the character Max is like 11 now and the actor is 15, but he's stll a great actor
