tips: if the battles feel too slow, next to the attack and sleep options theres options to speed up the battle
2nd: if for example the uk declares on norway, and you try to attack france, theyre not gonna join but if you attack the UK they join (the allied countryballs only join if you both have common enemies)

If you click on the countryballs when you enter your own territory (like with the luxembourg ball you saw) then you unlock them as a playable nation

Tips
1:If you want to help your ally when a it's enemy country invades it (the country that invaded your ally doesn't need to be your enemy) you have to double click to go into battle
2:At diplomacy you can ask countries to become your puppet (They can request you to puppet them if you attack them enough too) but only if your power is 1.5 to 0.5
3:Your allies won't help you in war unless you're stronger than them or they are not enemies with the country you're invading
4:Countries that you see in cities are collectable countries that you have to click rapiditly to unlock (I'm pretty sure they spawn in capital cities only on some gamemodes and difficulties)

Tip: If you conquer small countries that doesn't have a lot of territories you can get them as a puppet state and they have to join every battle you enter.

Ive played this game is very easy if u take france out u just need to get small countries and fight more country bucz threre puppets so u can get more puppets and be unstoppale

Tip: since belgium and Montenegro Both only have 1 territory, its a good Idea to attack them first, since you will have less enemies to fight in the future
Next, you are gonna want to attack warsaw(russia) and Cyprus (brittain)
Since warsaw has anti-tank soldiers for only 1100 money (territory next to Paris too but there its more expensive) and Cyprus has very cheap soldiers that also have a good attack.
