Pan is never doping. He’s got way more times of urinalysis than any other swimmers from other countries. He showed his power to the world. So proud of you Pan❤

There's a few things that really stand out about his stroke. One is that it's very precise, with elbows not too high and hands entering the water at the same angle every time. It makes very little splash above and underneath the surface, as can be seen from the underwater cameras. It's also really efficient, he takes a lot fewer strokes than others alongside him, even in the WR swim. He's got a mild gallop, but really very little rocking side to side. When you look at him from an overhead camera, he seems to be barely moving up and down, and almost purely in the direction parallel to the lane. It definitely stands out. One of the smoothest I've seen.

His technique is perfect, staying afloat with little splash, body not swaying, head not bobbling up and down. His power is from his powerful kicks instead of from his hands. Other more muscular guys swayed or bobble by trying to propel with the hands more than from the kicks. When the hands tired, the body tends to sink and create more water resistance thus slowing down in the second 50m. Give the young man credit where credit is due.

Yes I am from the US and he is the most amazing 100 free swimmer I have ever seen. I would think he could expand into the 50 free and that would help his overall speed and also he could train for the 200 at the same time and expand into the 400, 800 and 1500 in the future. His talent is the best I have eveer seen in freestyle.

That’s what I noticed from his 100m gold medal race, he’s just so clean with his technique, so smooth, efficient and powerful. Once he’s out in front, no one will catch him
