Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is an online action role-playing video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The game will be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.

Played from a third-person perspective, the game takes place in Washington D.C. 7 months after its predecessor, in which a civil war between survivors and villainous bands of marauders breaks out. In the game, players can cooperate with each other to complete objectives.

Completing all the story missions should complete the 3 bars for the White House. The 8/8 circle is done through completing the settlements (Theater and Campus)

You didn't show how to unlock the castle settlement. I've fully upgraded the white house and still no 2nd settlement

I am passed level 30 and I have completed all the things for the White House but can’t find the last upgrade I complete all the missions just do not know where to go to finish the last upgrade
