The Alien Divers of Lake Baikal

This story is really bizarre and absolutely without precedent, before or since, but the account of the Russian Navy divers encountering 3 meter / 10 feet tall alien creatures, wearing skin tight body suits and jelly fish helmets 50 feet under an ice sheet in the frigid waters of Lake Baikal, is so mind blowing it must be understood and memorialized.

When I was 11 years old, me and my father saw a being that was tall, looked like it had a clear skin covering it, there was a soft glow coming from it's insides, it's skin was wet. It was looking into my dads car, staring at the blinking alarm light on the dash. This story is the only thing ive come across that reminds me of what we saw, thanks for this one.
