As a male, the birthday part is highly depressing. I was alone at home, just a small mud cake in the fridge. I lit a candle over it and sang happy birthday to myself at midnight of 23rd Feb, my bday being the next day. I woke up early the next morning and went on a solo trip to the seaside, I was lonely it was quite bitter, but as I sat by the seashore with the winds gently hitting my face, I felt quite great. It was as if life was telling me to walk alone.

Edit: Thank you for the birthday wishes guy. Now I know that I will not walk alone.
