I love planted tanks they are always so interesting.
The little pearl stingray bouncing up and down at the end was adorable, like "look at me, look at me!"

When I lived in Manhattan Pacific was my LFS! I used to go there anytime I was in the neighborhood just to look @! Organized chaos for sure but I always found new and interesting breeds when I went there. And you are correct...the staff is very knowledgeable. ❤

That 4ft tall tank was absolutely stunning! Such a different experience, it's like you are scuba diving and have a wall of fish in front of you any time you want. I would kill for a tank like that!

I think freshwater aquscaping is a lot cooler than salt, but saltwater fish are definitely cooler

Pacific Aquarium is my goto place. Haven't been there in a while but I can see that they've re-arranged and enlarged their plants and hardscape section, which is cool to see.

First of all, I've been loving these tour videos you've been uploading! I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I personally believe that there's quite the color variety in freshwater fish. Yes, saltwater fish are absolutely stunning, but some of the most basic freshwater fish are also very pretty. Even fish as simple as platys (sunburst), neon tetras, goldfish, and of course you can't forget the betta fish which comes in so many different shapes and colors.
