It's not just loud music, some of these systems shake people's houses all day and night. If they'd turn the bass down when they pull into congested neighborhoods no one would care.

This isn’t just loud. The law says 25ft away… you can hear a normal conversation from that far away. This basically outlaws all music heard from the car.

Also if it’s only cars? Then I guess those guys on those motorcycles with sound systems just as loud are just fine then?
