I'd say storm if you use your crit often such as petra's anchor, and then using storm breaker if you hate your crit example: every dagger

Stormbreaker is great on the alloyed weapons i see no one using. Stormbreaker on an Alloyed Zweihander is great since a lot of people don't realize it's a faster enforcer blade with PEN instead of chip damage. Steel maul can be used to replicate thor's hammer. Great on a lot of base crit weapons like the alloyed messer and razor cutlass.

while we're on the topic of advanced enchants, theres this idea thats just been floating in my mind about breaking the curses of well curses. Like you could break the umbral knight curse and turn it into some solar knight that does what the og umbral did. But to break the curses would be like 100x harder than obtaining resonance, it would require 20 knowledge and you can only break one per progression and it would probably be something like "Kill your brother and sister during the knight time" something like that. lmk what you think

Just a random thought, is Stormbreaker able to proc True Pain and/or Frost Buster? It just sounds funny to me. Would also be kind of silly if eventually we get Jus Karita weapons to see if Stormbreaker somehow works with Justicar's Renewal.

the weapon will still do damage when It come back to you even If you take damage
It's hard to counter

Summary: choose stormbreaker if your weapon has a bad crit (like sword stab crit)
and choose storm if your weapon has a good crit like crescent cleaver or darksteel crit
