the only issue is that this procs on only one enemy, so while it may be good for bosses and single-target it's basically useless in diluvian/hellmode
it should be used against bosses though that would make it op

I've been using umbral knight for quite a bit before I got astral, and I can confirm it did perform a LOT better doing primadon. Like, it was taking 10+ more seconds to kill him with astral

do you think they should create a relic to retrieve the enchantment that was placed on the weapon ?

for example an astral, you want to put it in another weapon but you would have to farm another, this relic would be very good, but thinking of a negative side you would lose the weapon in exchange for the return of the enchantment, or just using the relic you have the enchantment back, could you use this as a suggestion ?

Yes, but Grim is still better in events like diluvian, since u can proc grim better due to the high amount of mobs, and the slash only affected a single mob, its also good to take in count, if the slash did hit, it can proc on low hp mobs, making it less versatile, effectively wasting the slash damage
