This was a lot of fun to watch.
Even if Coop did it first, who wants to watch something not break?

Side note:
I think I'd want to take a crack at DIY before I ever bought anything this cheap.

It will be strongest in compression. Test it's ability to resist torsional (twisting) forces.

Just because it stood up to that particular test doesn't mean a whole lot if they lied about the gauge of steel. A heavy rack will always be better than a light one if they're not anchored to the floor.

If you tried it with safety bars instead of straps it would hold up better !

Terrible cage, cant even use the catchers to support more exercises.

So that means 800lb capacity to sit on the machine that would mean you'd need 400 lb of weight because slamming it down on the machine would create 800 pounds of force.
