NEVER EVER refund before receiving the the return. That's the number one rule in reselling. Ebay will take care of the rude & threatening buyers. Just call em & let them know whats going on see the emails & threats. Have a few of those in my 13 yrs. of selling & just let Ebay handle it. Love your content. It's good to just let off steam once in awhile. Cheers, TX Liz

Had something similar just happen today. Some guy got nasty before just contacting me for a refund or other adjustment on an item they weren't happy with. I try really hard to take care of everybody who buys items from me, so it's very frustrating when this happens. I just block them and forget about them. It does take a day or two to forget about them though.

I don't be playing with them customers I get right back at them just enough not to get in trouble with ebay. I had to have words with two of my customers today. They came at me hard and both of them were wrong.
