Pyramid Pull-Ups Workout, Simple... but HARD!

C.J. put together a conditioning style workout today at FTA Gym in Pflugerville with Tim and James. It wasn't crazy complicated but man it will smoke you quick! Basically it is a simple combination of pull-ups and push-ups.
Description: The goal of the workout is to get up to the set number of pull-ups by working up a ladder. In this workout we chose 10 for the max number of pull-ups. In between each set of pull-ups you drop down and grab 10 push-ups.
Example: 1 pull-up / 10 push-ups / 2 pull-ups / 10 push-ups / 3 pull-ups / 10 push-ups / etc...We preformed 100 total push-ups and 55 pull-ups total!
