Tip: foil is good for freezing because it's good at stopping freezer burn but first wrap the food tightly in parchment.

The majority of all expensive restaurants use aluminum to cook. Every restaurant I ever worked at except one used aluminum fry pans and pots.

I grew up in an asian family and fed daily with rice that was cooked in an aluminum rice cooker. I think my mom still uses it. I might have largely surpassed those daily recommendations as a kid.
