Hi Sarah (😅Same name here) ! I really am blocked with the transferable skills! It seems like all these OBMs have a lot of background in the corporate world so it's easier to take the cap of a manager. I began as a VA. I just want more but I was not feeling like a very successful VA neither. I don't know a lot of techie things like automations and so on. So my question is, is an OBM a thing we can learn to be from scratch, if we are a high Fact-finder and a little Follow Thru (Kolbe Assessment).
