Hello, I herd that if we want to apply to have a settlement card we need to have family member there, but since I have no family there and I will go there by my self would I still be able to get one? I hear other people say that if we want to get settlement card we need to have a family there that has the same last name as mine?

Hi, I have a colleague who is a Iive in carer. She works one month in the UK and travels back to her home country in the Czech. She has been working as a frontier worker for 10 years. Hii I just had a query, my brother had worked in uk for 7 months in 2015. Than he went to India, so continuessly he was out of uk for 5 years so now he wants to return to UK... so just want to know that weather he can apply for pre- settled status if he comes back to Uk?
