Avoiding Awful Surplus Ammo

I think we can all agree that the Turkish 8mm is prob. the worst surplus ammo... bad primers and its excessive pressure. But I agree most surplus is great cost effective ammo, just a pain cleaning your guns so thoroughly after.

I prefer surplus 30-06 for my M1. I'm always looking for more to pick up.

I have shot surplus ammo in some of my rifles since the 1990s and I have had only one misfire probably out of several thousand rounds I have fired. Great YouTube Short video, thank you.
