Long-time customer. Tried Soma's sugar-free chocolate for the first time today and cannot believe how smooth and pleasantly-sweetened it is. It even finishes beautifully with no trace of artificial aftertaste. I am incredibly impressed (and wish all chocolate manufacturers put this much care into the process). Have yet to be disappointed with any of their offerings.
