Burger Ingredients:
1 lbs pack ground chuck
1 lbs pack ground sirloin
1 stick butter, frozen and shredded
Heavy pinch salt
Heavy pinch black pepper
Toasted burger bun per patty
2 tablespoons butter, for basting each batch
Bundle of thyme for each batch

Unhinged Burger Sauce Ingredients:
¼ cup Mayo
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Yellow Mustard
¼ cup Dijonnaise Mustard
1 whole chopped Dill Pickle
Half head of Iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 thick slices American Cheese
1 chopped Burger Bun
