Today, I will show you the easiest lemon loaf recipe ever. This 3 ingredient boxed cake mix hack yields a delicious lemon loaf EASY! The icing is optional but also a great addition to this recipe. I love a good food hack and an easy holiday dessert. This is gonna be good!

15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
1 large lemon
15 oz of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
8 x 5 x 4-inch loaf pan
*bake at 350°F for 55 minutes to 1 hr

Would you believe I actually tried this delicious. Recipe four times!!!😊😊😊 Twice I used the lemon zest and vanilla Greek yogurt; one time with Duncan Hinds Devil’s Food Cake mix; sour cream and chocolate chips! And another time I used Duncan Hinds white cake mix; strawberry Greek yogurt ! They all turned out amazing!!! Than k you so much for sharing!❤❤❤😊😊😊

Looks so delicious, I usually bake my lemon pound cake from scratch but now that I've gotten older I don't always have the ingredients on hand, & I no longer drive, the store is only about 2 blocks from me but I have little to no energy. Thank you for the receipe! I used non fat plain Chomani yogurt and it came out very yummy! This is a perfect recipe for those on WW. I did cut back on the icing and only used 1/4 cup of powered sugar and added lemon juice for just the right consistency. Also, my loaf pan was a little smaller and only took 50minutes. I'm going to try this batter in muffin pans next. I'll keep you posted on how they come out. Blessings your way. :)
