Be a better ENFP by being more ISTJ (ENTPs welcome also)

As an ENFP, I know better than most what it's like to have 10,000 ideas but no finished projects. After a while, those unfinished projects start to wear on me. I want to finish them, but I don't have the patience, time or willpower. In this video, I discuss how to find those things by taking care of the little sensing things that we want to ignore in lieu of the ideas. Idea-creating is all well and good, but to finish, we need to balance out our use of both the intuition and sensing. This video will help give some insight as to how!

As an INTP, this sounds like it's literally made for me.
I'm at the point, where the number of projects I started, legitimately can not be finished anymore, in a span of a human lifetime. I started so much, that now I have to live with knowing that logistically all of them will factually never be finished.
Well, by one person at least.

I'm an ENFP with some depression for severals years and I wanted to thank you for that video. I struggle with organisation and finishing the ton of project that I have started and you gave me hope and some base to work on to be more myself and do what I like! I also find meditation quite helpful when you have too much ideas and you feel too much pressure, it keeps you balanced and focused!

i felt singled out when she said that enfps end up overwhelmed by the new ideas and drop it all to watch netflix
this has been my coping mechanism for quarantine ;-;

Serious question: is enfp a personality type or a personality disorder? Asking for myself 😂

As I‘m getting a bit older, I‘m definitely starting to appreciate the ISTJs way of navigating the world (so meticulous and precise and my brain needs some more 🤯)

I'm happy to see the effort you are putting to be more productive. I'm an ISTJ and Si really helps me to be more productive but it's role is to show me what things are requiring my attention, and the real key I use to efficiency is Te; Te is who says what I should do and how to do it. I think the processes your talking about are amazing but, I believe, they come from your Te instead from your Si. If I had to say a tip to use Si in your processes I would say: understand what your project will turn into when it comes to reality and think what concretely contribute to its quality and functionality.

I’m not even 6 minutes through this video and it’s hitting me deep in the Heart everything you’ve said…. Wow. Damn. Like straight up right in the feels. I am once again reminded of just how accurate the MBTI test is…. I wish I could have everyone else finish my projects on my behalf, but we can’t. That’s why I’m here. I need someone to give my advice how to be more ISTJ so I can actually actualize as a human…. Thank you !

I'm 28 and an ENFP, and I too eat the same thing for breakfast every single day.

Thank you. Last night I just realised that all the time I look at what I didn t achieve and never be thankful of what I achieved. This is a great way for us to feel happier. To put on paper all our achievements. While other personality types are proud of themselves of the same things that we achieved we never are happy with the same thing because we keep generating more ideas that we think we have to put in practice. We have from time to time to take a break and relax.

Seriously wish I could have a job that I just pump out ideas and solutions all day and get paid, then others finish it. I am literally doing almost all those things you mentioned in this video like singing, dancing, Photoshop, writing, blogging, YouTubing and it sometimes drives me crazy, because I wish I just had ONE awesome idea that I can FOCUS on. This video is SO HELPFUL. It feels so great to feel so understood.

This is great inspiration for all the creative hobbies i want to get into. I have a camera for photography, i have sketching materials, i could in my coloring book and i also want to write and do musical things. I have been spending way too much time and energy into figuring out a good routine. ANd i misunderstood how my own energy worked! Maybe i DO work best in the morning!
You are actually having me reconsider drinking coffee, i used to love moka ♥ Instead i have been drinking herbal teas. Thanks, Michelle.
