I hate when the patriarchy is said to be men who reject women based on their promiscuity. That isn't patriarchy. That isn't control over women and denying them choice and freedom. That is just consequences and men's choices.

My experience is women are naturally (more) depressed (hormone changes?, etc.) They look around for a cause and settle on blaming patriarchy, innocent husbands, , society, etc....

It seems to begin in earnest around age 28.

In every job I've had over 44 years, women were paid the same, the difference is men working longer hours, taking less time off and doing the most dangerous jobs.

Sadly, there is no father to lead these women at an early age. My sister married at 18 and now 42 years later, still married to the same person, 3 kids and 5😊 grandchildren

It seriously concerns me, how much division and polarisation is there is in the world at the moment and single white men are getting it from every angle, I don’t think it’s going to have a pretty ending.

To make a small point- the wage gap is very small and mostly explained. However it's real. I'm helping balance things out- I'm a male public school teacher! 😁
