Oh my goodness Rylee I am so happy to see that you are doing better !! I know how you felt honestly because I am allergic to fish and the last reaction I had was just horrible (literally never want to experience anything like that for a long time). I had hives all over my face and neck, could not breathe, my eyes were sunk in my face and it was just terrifying all around. God really saved me and my mom and nephew were there by my side and I am glad I went to the hospital and I stayed in there for 12 hours but I felt much better when I left. Allergic reactions are really nothing to play with and they are so scary and serious, but I am so glad that you are doing much better. Also, thanks to amazing Brynley and the rest of the nurses, doctors, and EMTs who are lifesavers and do everything they can to help us out. Thank you for the update Riley and again, I am so glad that you are doing better and feeling back to yourself again. :) :D You are in my prayers !!!

Hi Rylee, I am super happy you are doing better. I DO HOPE YOU GET THIS NOTE. I too am the youngest in my family and known as "the problem child" I have had 17 surgeries since the age of 16, although I am not looking for sympathy, I do want you to speak up and tell your family you are not the cause of your health issues. I know your family loves you and they mean no harm calling you the "problem child" deep down it causes hurt and makes us think, what did I do to deserve this? Keep the faith! You are a child of God and I will treat you that way. Blessings for good health going forward. AMEN? God bless.

I don’t like that your mom called you “the problem child” especially while you were feeling so down!! It’s not your fault you got diabetes, you’ve handled it so well.
You looked like you needed a hug. It’s such a blessing you have a sister who went so nursing school and works at a hospital.

Very scary!
Not sure how expired pur Epi Pen was, but you still could have used it. They have been researched to last about 24 months past their exp date at roughly 90% efficacy.
Either way, I know you have a new one now.

Just a heads up, if you throw up an allergen, you are “double” exposing your esophagus to the allergen. It almost always makes it worse.

If I have taken benadryl but have a stomach ache, I always do everything to keep down the food because otherwise I am going to have a worse reaction.
