Unfortunately no change for me after checking all my settings are already set up like yours. The problem is that the video file that SLOBS produces is actually BELOW the canvas and output resolution. My output resolution is set to 1920 x 1080, but the recording video file is only 1280 x 720. The file is also only 30fps despite the SLOBS settings being set to 60fps. Basically everything in the SLOBS settings is being completely ignored when the recording is created, even including the audio bitrate.

Thanks for the informative video. In my case the quality goes down automatically when I record and then becomes better also automatically. Making my video some in HD and some not if that make any sense. How to fix that. That is during recording not streaming. But the issue also happens when I stream.
