In this walk & talk, I share my thoughts on the recent passing of Dr. John McDougall, one of the greatest nutrition experts that I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from. I also reflect on his incredible legacy and work, and express my heartfelt gratitude for his contributions.

P.S. Walking in a park was the only way to record this without it turning into a puddle. Gone but never forgotten.

Dear Mary McDougal you were at his side all the way and you showed the way. Without you it would not have been a success. Your work was just as important. May the God of all comfort, comfort you.

The most beautiful tribilute I have heard to this great man and doctor. You are very eloquent and you said what I felt, too, in such a heartfelt way. I really hope Mary and the children and grandchildren hear it. 🎉❤🎉 Thank you, sir!

Hello Andy, I have just discovered your content after watching your podcast with Dr Peter Rogers……
I too am very touched by your tribute to Dr John McDougall and indeed feel like he had so much more to give us and feel as though he left us too soon…..
I think we’ll be seeing and hearing a lot more from you and about you. So please keep up the good work and stay motivated and focussed on educating your public with the truth even though you will get pushback and have obstacles along the way. We all need a younger generation of honest professionals in the medical field to help us navigate a very complex and challenging field
I am a 63 year old mom of two children in their 30s and I think that you will reach a very varied and mature audience because of your honesty, knowledge and very positive outlook…..
Good luck Andy

Loved this. It is so encouraging to see younger people embrace the WFPB message.

Very glad your video popped up in my feed. I wanted to share that in a recent video that Dr McDougall posted, he shared the stroke as well as intense abdominal surgery that he had while younger and this was recently causing him distress.

I am 73. I was just diagnosed with pre-diabetes. My doctor advocated a Keto diet. I am struggling with this diet because I do not enjoy eating meat and fat all that much. So, I am trying to find a diet that works better for me. I love beans. My doc nixed them because of their carb content.

I personally believe he took too many of those “Jab”. He was a promoter and of the “Jab”
and unfortunately I think because it is not a vaccine, it is a gene therapy, that started to do different things in his body rest in peace.
