It seems that lately, the majority of Alabama’s offensive workload has been placed on running back Jahmyr Gibbs. While it has been working, Bill O’Brien can only do it for so long. We explain why this could be an issue.

I agree with Bo Scarborough that Trey Sanders not being used at all is a crying shame. Worst mistake he made was coming to Bama with Bill Obrien now the OC. Sorry Trey, you deserve alot more playing time.

Wideouts aren't getting seperation like our past speedsters could.... The few times they do, they get missed by the QBs. Even Bryce has missed a few guys running open. The difference I've seen between this group and past is once this group run their designated routes they just kind of let off the groups were good at coming back to the QB when they realized the ball hadn't Been thrown yet. Smitty was really good at this and saved Jalen, Tua and Mac numerous times doing this. Ridley and Coop were good at this too! They understood where within their own route approximately when the ball should be released...even if it wasn't meant to go to them.

Edit.... defenses aren't respecting our TEs. Latu should be getting more looks IMO but I imagine the drops is why he hasn't. Ga has mastered how to use theirs. BOB should take a page from them like Kirby took a picture of our recruit board before he left!

At the end of the day, BoB is the problem. The title of this video tells us all we need to know that he is a lazy OC. He is lazy to the fact that it is easy for him just to load Gibbs instead of scheming to setup up the WRs and TE. Lane, Daboll, Locksley, and Sark would have schemed to put these players in the best position to be successful. BoB did not do Milroe any justice with the blend play calling. Talent is getting Bama over the top. What we are seeing is not Bama football. I'll take the wins but it may catch up with Bama down the road.

BOB does not make the correct calls for the offense to be successful. Yes, Milroe had a BAD night, but the OC needs to make better calls and put the offense in position to win.
