After reaching Needle Knight Leda's location in Enir-Ilim (the Cleansing chamber Anteroom), make sure to summon Sir Ansbach to assist you in the fight against Miquella's followers. Interact with the gold signs here, and if you have progressed Thiollier's questline, you can also summon him here, giving you 2 cooperators for the fight. Eliminate all followers of Miquella to receive Leda's Sword.
