Back in the day all cars parked on a snow route were scooped up by dozer and "gently" left on the boulevard for the insurance adjusters to look after.

That looks like the yellow plow ken Neil had when he was acting funny on hwy#652. The only difference is the yellow plow ken Neil had said " longheed" on the door
