I think is a mesh of Godi Ki and 4. Ultimate combination learning from 3 and hiding 4 the entire time while mastering blue. Goku is a chess master. God Ki blue and 4 with sayian primal essence. Just leaves ultra on its highest level to master later on with his ultimate form. I wouldn’t be surprised to see goku in this form with master Ultra instinct in his final fight against beerus. Tournament of power Goku hits a topo I can go another level, even on north ki planet in ss3 form to beerus.

Everyone's freaking out when it's a simple fix. He turned SSJ4 because he was in the demon realm and instead of being introduced to God ki due to being in a realm void of it. So when he tries outside the demon realm he can't transform due to the type of energy and power that is in the demon realm. Boom

This reminds me of the Gogeta theory that says he has the red hair in SSJ4 because he’s the culmination of the SSG ritual coming together (Vegeta being the missing piece when the other Saiyan characters helped to power up Goku against Baby Vegeta) and thus he has access to god ki.

Ssj4 is gonna be used for broly down the line, but if it is done it will be done by gotenks and if we follow the original super saiyan multipliers then it will be ×80 that of ssjb (×2×4×10 for ssj2/3/4 respectively)
