I don't understand why this case is't being heard before the hush money case. If the judge doesn't want to hear this case, why don't they appoint a different judge who wants to do there job. In my opinion he should have been taken into jail on January 6th. Anyone else would have been. He wouldn't be playing this delay tactic if he would have had to bail himself out.

If I had done that when I retired from my local government (county) job with a Medical Examiner Office, I would have faced some kind of legal problems. Yet, here is the former President of the USA stealing classified federal records, in addition to civilians having access to them. Totally against the Presidential Records Act. I do not understand why he is not serving time in prison for this.

I thought that classified documents being scanned into any computer was illegal and would cause immediate jail and people have been jailed for this before

Documents left right and centre out in open for anyone to look at, how is this not considered incompetent in regards to secret documents not safe guarded.
