That's why NASA needs more funding

Detection seems to have improved over the decades.

Not a belt, really, then. Rather, more of a wide-ranging swarm?

Is there any reason why y'all couldn't play the Armageddon them song in the background?

If the dinosaurs had a space program, they'd still be here.

This is amazing, is there any way for the public to look at this simulation via a webpage?

I'd also like to see such a visualisation of the Edgeworth comet discs, the "Kuiper belt" objects

Is there an easy way to get the orbital elements and maybe discovery dated of all the asteroids in usable format?

We're living in a shooting gallery ... I'm amazed collisions are so infrequent ...

this looks crowded until you realize the earth that is a pixel there would have to be scaled up to well, the size of the earth.

what is the average size of these asteroids and does your animation through time predict any Earth threatening collisions?

Does this mean Earth is only a minor planet, as it's not clearing out it's orbit. That's what killed Pluto as a planet.

There are literally tens of thousands of asteroids that are 1/2 km+ in size swarming around us.

FYI a 1/2km asteroid could vaporize a large city.

How fast do the "asteroids fly"? at balloon speed? Who did populate balloons pained and shaped in rocks pictures/images? All the asteroids are basically have same image? - because they are all rocks or painted balloons.thanks.
