The Clone Army was vital to Sidious's plan for galactic domination. So what made Jango Fett the perfect template for the Republic's Clone Troopers? The clones needed to be the best soldiers in the galaxy to not only support the Jedi in combat but to also serve their ultimate purpose, killing them. In the Legends version, Jango is part of the Mandalorians as a foundling and even has his own Mandalorian Clan. Mandalorians are already among the greatest non-Force-using warriors in the galaxy, and Clan Fett was renowned for its soldiers and leaders. This alone made Jango Fett ideal for the clone army but Count Dooku had one more reason for believing Jango to be the perfect template. In the Mandalorian Civil War, Jango’s warriors were nearly wiped out by a Jedi task force led by Count Dooku himself, who was, at the time, a Jedi. It was there that Dooku witnessed and took note of Jango killing numerous Jedi and to his amazement killing five with his bare hands.
Years later when Count Dooku needed to find someone to be the Clone template, he remembered the raw skill and deadliness of Jango. So he met the Bounty Hunter on the Moon of Bogden and offered him the opportunity to be cloned to which he agreed with a payment of 20 million credits.

jango also has a deep love for his son, as do all the clones for each other. another part of jangos genetic template, was a deep, unabiding need, somewhere deep down, to love and be loved, i.e. jango and his son, boba, hunter and omega, who may aswell be the bad batches adopted daughter, etc. the familial relationship between clones, is such a huge part of their fighting effectiveness. waxer and boil, also, immediately felt this instinct upon finding a twilek child

I mean, Jango also became de-facto Mandalore, due to other mandalorians wanting him to be, alongside Decimating most of Death Watch. He was not at all a foundling. He was only considered a "Foundling" when he was a kid, which hitting adult age in Mandalorian doctrine is reaching the age of 13-14 and going on a deadly hunting trip with a guardian or parent.

Its all legends at this point. But i’m surprised you didn’t mention “Star Wars Bounty Hunter” video game. Where Count Dooku puts a bounty on Komari Vosa, leader of the Bando Gora and potential rival to the Sith. Sidious wanted her gone and wanted an update on the donor for the clones. In order to kill two birds with one stone. Dooku set up a contest with bounty hunters. Whoever could defeat a force user would be perfect to clone and take on the Jedi.

If I remember correctly Dooku sent out a bounty on his former apprentice to Jango and his old partner. Whoever killed her and presented her lightsabers as proof of death would get the offer of a life time. Jango not only killed the old apprentice but he got to kill his old partner and stole the Slave I.

Jango wasn't just a Foundling... he was Born into Clan Fett on Concord Dawn, Mandalore's Moon. He was a Manadlorian-Born Foundling, whose parents were Murdered by the Death Watch for Protecting the True Mandalorians' Leadership.
