Any other sitcom would just have the protagonists look at Evil McEvil horrified for a full minute after something like Michael's solution. The fact that these guys already have a punishment for him just makes this so much better.

This scene illustrates each of them perfectly. Jason is high-speed and eager. Tahani is out of touch. Chidi can't settle on anything. Eleanor values people based on whether they piss her off. Michael, well...
