The Good Place is an upcoming American fantasy sitcom television series created by Mike Schur, starring Kristen Bell and Ted Danson. NBC gave a 13-episode-straight-to-series-order in August 2015. On May 15, 2016, NBC announced that the series will air on Thursday nights during the 2016-17 television season, airing in the 8:30 (ET)/7:30 (CT) time slot.

After she is struck and killed by a tractor-trailer carrying erectile dysfunction products, a woman named Eleanor wakes up to discover she has entered the afterlife. But when she is told by her mentor Michael that she is in "the good place" because she did a good deed by helping get innocent people off death row, she realizes that a mistake has been made and they think she is someone else. Stuck in a world where no one curses, gets drunk, and everyone is always nice, Eleanor finds herself caught between staying in the afterlife or trying to find a way to return to the mundane life she had back on Earth.

Most satisfying ending to a TV series you will ever watch in your life. If you thought the plot twist at the end of season 1 was good, just wait. You’ll bawl your eyes out by the end.

When a show is THAT GOOD that the show's WRITING and the casts' ACTING SKILLS elevate their characters' PERSONALITIES to stand out more than anything else, it doesn't feel that there was forced diversity when the show was made.

But here we are, with a diverse cast and great feels up until the end. What a show. What a rare treat. If you haven't watched it yet, give it a try.

We’ve just finished this and absolutely loved this TV show!❤️ The end is very very sad and emotional but like in a heartwarming, good way. From one side, I wish there’d be more season’s but at the same time I know that the end it’s beautiful because eventually everything comes to an end. Such an amazing show, thank you!❤️

Coming from someone that is watching this for the first time, im glad so many loved it.I was locked in, by the end of the first episode.Its hilarious, suspenful.I cant waaaiit to see what happens next 😂

I think that it is actually important that kirstin bells character used to sell meds that contain chalk, after all the laws of the universe were written with chalk last time around, orso I belive.

This series has a good point of human being. Some are doing things to the others which they would not do to their families. The "good thing" must be for a good purpose and from one's heart. Do not do the things you would not do to your own.
