GRC 106, another walk around

I made a short walk around my AN/GRC 106 -G4 , ex german Bundeswehr, while recording with my Ipad.
This radio still needs some spare parts for the 400 W amplifier, so I use the 106 for receive only.
Connected to it is only 4 meters of copper wire , hanging at the ceiling of my shack.
You hear in this video the dutch ' vakantienet ' during july and august on 40 meters.
Each morning dutch radio amateurs on holyday in Europe meet each other on 7087 khz
In this short registration you see also the PP 6800 power supply from the dutch army who gives the 106 his 24 V at 50 amps ! The PSU can bring more and is well protected to anything you can do wrong with it
On top of the AM 3349 amplifier you see the ME 165/G SWR & POWER meter I found some time ago on a dutch HAM radio flea market.
No one was interested in this fine piece of equipment. It handles the 400 W without any problem and you can tune your rig complete ' silent' for the qrg you want !
