House of the dragon 2x05: Does Helaena Know Aemond Tried To Kill Aegon?

Helaena Targayryen asks Aemond a cryptic question in House of the Dragon season 2, episode 5, as if she already knows what transpired. Dragons battling dragons at the Battle of Rook's Rest culminated in the deadliest conclusion to the Greens and Black split to date in the previous episode. There, Aemond betrayed Aegon II, his elder brother, setting him on fire and sending him and his dragon tumbling to the floor. The consequences of this choice are shown in Episode 5, as Aemond gains strength and his brother becomes bedridden after suffering serious injuries.
