I can't believe how many people have been able to do this as a DIY project. I'll definitely be paying for a professional installation because I wouldn't be able to figure out how to put my car back together again😵‍💫
BTW have you had any issue with the strips popping back out of your paneling? That's one of my main concerns.

Is it safe to connect directly to some car elements like the window motors or the radio without tapping into the fuse box?

Installed a similar kit in my car. It was a little cheaper than the one you used. The reason i didnt get the same one as you is because i taught the bulbs would be to bulky and wouldnt be able to get the to where i needed. Anyway the kit i installed is identical just the bulbs are like little plastic L shape peices. Some of the lights seem like they have a mind of their own. Mine keeps individually changing color. Opened up one of my bulbs and the white wire had came away from the solder. Gonna open them all up and make sure that all them are properly soldered. Eqch time i put the white wire to where it shud be soldered the bulb changes to the right color. I must have been a bit rough putting it all together but at first it worked perfect. Now im getting problems. Pretty sure there has to be a couple of loose wires because it came from china for like 14quid. Your car looks great by the way 👍👍

How can i hide the cables of my ambiente light strips that go into the usb port. I'm afraid to strip the center console to hide the cables ...afraid it wont go back as it is from the factory...any advice on how to hide cables ?

they need to make a kid that just has a white light and the plastic trim any color you want. then during the daytime you have that color trim and at night it can be lit up. I don't want this white clear plastic trim during the day
