What happens when you install an EBay ambient light kit

I show you how this ambient light led kit I got off Ebay is pure junk. I wasted money so hopefully you can learn from my mistake. However, I do have a better quality kit going in on my next video.

I would recommend taking high grit sandpaper to the fiber optic line and making it look cloudy. Might have the same issue but worth a shot

I installed an eBay kit on my car and I think the main thing you have to be careful of is just not pressing the tube in too harshly in points. I guess each kit will be different but just wanted to say my kit wasn't anything like this.

Very proper review man. They all show that these strips are perfect but they are crap. Im trying to find some high quality led strips for my Jag. I cant understand which new Benzes are using. Im curious

I think that's happening because the optic fiber isn't exactly fit in that tube and in point where the fiber touch the tube si more lightly, and where is a higher distance between tube and fiber is more darker. And... the fiber is going up and down in that tube, isn't perfectly straight, and it's looks ugly. I think that El wire is a better option, but you lose the multitude of colors

I noticed with anything to do with interior LED lighting it is better to go expensive. The expensive ones will look like the Mercedes lights. The cheap ones will die quickly and won't have that look that the new Benz's have. But the good kits are really expensive. Like holy crap.
