Period pain is not an exaggeration, it's real. I don't have mood swings, but the pain is real not just perceived.Once I skipped a college final test because I couldn't even turn left on my bed.

For those of you saying that it is "scientifically proven that being kicked in the balls is more painful that childbirth". Maybe it is more painful, but the pain will go away after a few minutes whereas childbirth last on average about ten hours or more. Please direct yourselves to a video of men experiencing SIMULATED labor pains, which don't come close to the actual thing, and only last two to three hours.

What most girls actually do when they have their period (well, most of the points, not all of them, at least that's what I do):
1. feel like shit
2. use painkillers
3. wear the most comfy pants they own
4. no power for anything
5. can't walk/sit/lay properly
6. sleep
7. bleed 24/7
8. be close to fainting/throwing up
9. no appetite
10. bleed some more
11. occasionally deal with insensitive jerks
12. complain to god why he had to do this to women
13. sometimes (when u have luck) your lower body pains so much that it's becoming numb and it's not that bad anymore for a while

And I'm extremely lucky, I have to deal with that shit every fucking two weeks for 7-8 days ._.

Yup this got my period pain and my reaction down packed. >_< It's so bad. Hot wheat bags, pain killers, tears, screaming, bloating, skin breakouts, hating your body, hating others and food cravings. What makes it worse for me is I get pre period pain a week before I get my actual period. So for 2 weeks a month I'm in agony.
