Do you have a setting to not turn on headlamps during sunny clear day?

The cargo light and bed light will not shut off but blink running the battery down

I don't have the accessory button by my headlight control for the cargo lights

My 2016 Ford explorer leaves the headlights on for 10 minutes after shutoff. Doesn't matter if it's locked with alarm set. A full 10 mins
