Im not buying wireless because im going away from my pc, it`s because the wire keeps resting on my keyboard and it`s driving me crazy! They get in the way so much!

Wired will always be better for gaming headsets. I play on pc and I have both a wired and wireless headset and if you play games like csgo and valorant the small latency difference matters a lot. I can feel how much more smooth it feels when I use wired rather than wireless. If you play competitive games I recommend using wired gaming headsets trust me you’ll thank me .

The reason why I don't use wireless it's because of the wired better latency and offset especially in Rhythm games

I just use a pair of cheap and of good quality wired headsets and earphones, and just tune the sound to my liking through phones eq and optimization. Sadly eq mostly wasn't supported on bluetooth headsets.

Or you can just get a high end headphone like Sennheiser series and get an average microphone. That way you'll get a much better sound quality and a decent microphone

I have had both but wired is better. The wire isn’t even annoying on mine. The quality is better. It last longer. You don’t have to worry about the battery dying. My friends complained about my wireless headset and said the connection was bad and sometimes I had issues connecting and hearing. I never heard any of that with wired. Only pro some with wired is sometimes there is no jack or the wire may break but there is almost always a paper and my wire is very strong. You would have to go out of your way to break it.

If a headset is going to be good it will have to be comfortable it needs good audio and a good mic

A question i hoped to be answered was how to buy a wireless headset you can use for both gaming and voice comms

The bluetooth headset i use has good audio when the mic isn't being used, however if i try to speak and listen to the game then the quality drop is unnacaptable and unusable

Watched this cuz I played SWB2 with my Beats Solo 3 wireless, then they died so I plugged them in using the AUX it came with and the sound quality was drastically better...

Also remember if you have a wireless mouse or anyother wireless device using 2.4ghz note that devices being close to eachother tend to cause latency or data innacuracy because of competing signals so I would consider what other devised you are using.

great video on the pros and cons of each, i like to use wireless headsetwhen i play on console and sometimes on pc as well but i love to have the option to connent a wire into a wireless headset, so you can have both with no worry about battrey or a broken wire. Great stuff!!

Wireless compared to wired, Highly depends on what headset/headphones you're talking about. A big argument about wireless vs wired is input lag, Wireless is literally non existent its like 0.0001% more input lag than wired. Another big argument is price, unless you're going for some Louis Vuitton earphones, there is like a $10 difference to none. And another big argument is sound quality, their literally the exact same almost, unless you have cat-like hearing you won't be able to tell the difference. The only difference between wired and wireless is... wired or wireless, simple as that.
