Bob Pellerin (CTOBOB) reviews the Honda HR-V EX-L. Recently redesigned, this small compact SUV has enough power and room for most.

HIGHS: Fun to drive. Very practical. Surprising roomy for the passengers.
LOWS: Seats are rather hard. The engine is unpowered. Noisy on fast acceleration.

Offered in 3 Trims (may vary by country!)

I just purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V EX-L AWD, (Modern Steel Dark Gray Metallic/Black Leather) and love it! I just wish Honda had more color choices for the HR-V's

i love my 2024 HRV Sport. I do not need to go "fast" anymore. Get T boned by a moron and see how much you wanna rip around surrounded by all these bad drivers. I use this for the AWD in Alberta Winter, driving my son to school etc. If I want better mileage or "power" I have a Honda CIvic Touring.

Great vehicles both of them.

Only complaint is the HRV takes a long time to heat up the cabin during the -48 cold spells.

It is not "naturally aspired", it is "naturally aspirated".
The looks is not "boring" - almost everyone refers to its looks as "Hondaghini".
