Arizona 2-Step - Country Two Step Lessons - Quick Start Dance Lesson 5 - 'Lady's Inside Turn'

This is the fifth lesson in a mini-series of (abbreviated) dance lessons. These short lessons are designed for people who want to quickly learn the basics of how to do this dance in just a few minutes. In this lesson we teach the Lady's Inside Turn. It's important to point out in each & every video that there are ONLY two (2) dance styles done on ANY social Dance Club/Lounge anywhere in the World. Spot/Rhythm & Progressive/Traveling. The congestion Problem (s) we all run into these days is that Dance Instructors do not continually reinforce (Over & Over/ Ad Nauseum All Spot/Rhythm Dance Styles should be done in the CENTER of the Dance Dance Styles are done COUNTER CLOCKWISE in the two (2) outside lanes of the Dance Floor. Slower Progressive/Traveling Dancers on the inside Lane & the faster moving dances in the Outside FAST Lane. This way, we can ALL perform our dance of choice at the very same time to each particular Music Selection. Thank You!
